P.Coatings Industry began its activity in 2010 by initially offering only the painting of aluminum discs and sheets service for all operators in the Italian and foreign cookware sector. An ambitious challenge since other companies with acquired customers and consolidated turnovers had been operating in the area for many more years, but the company, making use of a young and dynamic team of workers with a profound knowledge of all the techniques necessary for a correct application of paints, in just a few years has managed to acquire a large customer base in Italy and abroad where more often than not, in addition to painting, the supply of aluminum discs and sheets is also carried out thanks to the partnership created with important aluminum producers. There are three paint supplier partners: Weilburger, Deko and PPG who, with the help of their technical managers, constantly monitor the quality of the applications.
The systems available to the company are new generation and meet all sector-specific regulations both in terms of workplace safety and environmental protection. As regards the packaging phase, it is very important to underline that the company has invested a lot in research into techniques and materials to use to best protect the painted material during transport which sometimes by sea and/or by land can last weeks. The extreme care taken in this phase of processing allows us to avoid quality problems and more precisely microscratches and/or abrasions.
